Today isn't the best day for me. I've been anxious all day and now I know why. I seem to have had a mental break. Ok well it's not that serious I'm just really sad. There's a lot happening tonight that's playing on my emotions. I'm trying to remember the person I am and who I've become over the last four years. And I'm trying to remember that I'm a better person for all that I've been through. But not all days are easy, and today isn't an easy day.
I'm trying to laugh off my woes and move on, but I think I'll just try to reflect on things tonight. And I'll remember that I have people who love me and want me to be happy and who would do anything to make sure I am happy.
I am going to see j.lou tomorrow. I am so excited to get out of Menomonie. I wish my major and my job could be somewhere else, but they're not. Right now I'm just doing what I have to do to get to where I want to be. Thank ya jesus for the things that keep me going.
So I'm going to do homework for a while because I'm that cool on a Friday night.
I really want my blog to be the funniest thing in your life. So let me just take some time to say some funny things.
Today I went buckwild in the halloween section in both Michael's craft store and Hancock Fabrics. I got a select few classy halloweenee things. I wish I wasn't just as terrified of fake spider webs as I am of real ones or I'd be decorating my whole apartment in it. Because it's like the perfect halloween decoration. I need a nice witches broom to hang on my wall or something...
Also I want to carve pumpkins soon. I am hoping my roommate will be able to join me for that. We'll see. I'm a pumpkin carvin' mad woman.
I'm, of course, watching wedding shows like there's no tomorrow. I know i preach that I don't need a boyfriend but a wedding would be so fun! Why do things have to go in specific orders?
OHMYGOD SIDE NOTE: Olive Garden's never ending pasta bowl is almost over! I need that soon soon soon!
I've decided I'm going to Milwaukee for the weekend before Halloween. I'm so excited. I can't wait. It's been forever since I've been down there.
Another Side note: one of the brides on the episode of Four Weddings I'm watching is INSANE. She is literally so outrageous.
I love crafting. I can't wait to craft my heart away!
ohmuhgah another side note: This episode of Four Weddings is KILLING ME! Direct quote from one of the losing brides "All these girls are haterz and they votged against their biggest competition which is me." hahahahahaha I can't get over it.
Incase anyone was interested (which you all are) my basil and parsley plants are doing FABULOUS.
I forgot about this story:
I was in bio yesterday and we were doing our lab for the week. We had to walk around and identify trees using a Key. So no one in the class could figure stuff out except for Sir Tree Identifier, whose group was done in ten seconds and didn't even need to use the Key.
So anyway we're all confused so we went and asked our professor for help. He helped us out a little and we went and tried to find some more trees. So we combined our lab group with another. And we were only going to find two but SOMEONE wanted to keep looking for more. So my group member, Sasha, and I were talking about how, since we STILL DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE KEY CORRECTLY, we should just head back to the lab. and SOMEONE looks at us and goes "You guys can leave I'M NOT GOING TO STOP YOU." Sasha literally just walked away and I was like um......whatever.
So our group slowly went back to the lab and we were discussing SOMEONE. We were laughing so hard it was hilarious. One of my group members said something and I just responded with "I'm not going to stop you, you can just leave." And we all shit our pants it was hilarious.
