Major Uniscore

I took a teeny trip to Savers (and a stop at Mill End Textiles for some snaps and such) with harry.potter's ass and cute.d. Why you ask? Because it was 50% off day. Yeah. We did it.
We first stopped at Mill End, where we found some fantastically pink remnants...I mean scarves
Immediately upon entering the store I saw a fantastic unicorn bust on a shelf. However I was pushing the cart and couldn't get the cart close enough so I had to scream at harry.potter's ass to get it for me.

Soon after the snagging of the [first] unicorn, harry stumbled upon this similarly majestic piece...
We wanted to purchase it and send it to Stevie (who is in Australia at the moment) but we didn't want her to have to leave it behind when she comes home. So we left it for some poor shmuck to find after us.
cute.d located this NOT STRANGE IN ANY WAY (or extremely strange in all ways) unicorn, which I did not purchase

harry.potter's ass found matching unicorn bells. We each got one, making them friendship bells. And then we found a bell with an owl on it for cute.d. FRIENDSHIP BELLS!!
Upon finding a horse head on a stick, harry took a ride
m.cass needed a chair for his knitting machine table. We found one for him, which we then realized could be folded up. So I did not participate...but they took care of it. Or struggled through it
Here's a few other FANTASTIC things I purchased

As you can see, it was a major unicorn score for me. AKA uniscore. Thank you cute.d for coining the term.
We then took cute.d out for her first red robin experience. Needless to say, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and then none of us could move and could hardly breathe for the entire ride home.
GREAT. DAY.

  1. I'm loving that Lisa Frank framed photo there. Nice work. I'm sure Savers is grateful to have less unicorn paraphernalia...
